Greg’s Profile

Greg Love is a native of the Charlottesville area, and his real estate expertise is deep and varied. He has over 25 years of experience in representing buyers and sellers of land, farms, and homes throughout the Central Virginia area. Greg knows the properties in our area and he can generally tell you a story or the history about each one. His particular strengths include the patience and understanding to be able to listen to what his clients are saying and to genuinely care about connecting each client to the perfect property for them.… and he knows how to guide his clients to other area resources (appraisers, inspectors, lenders, surveyors and county officials) for complete knowledge of a property.

Greg graduated from Hampden-Sydney College where he played on the football team and was the captain of their successful lacrosse team. He still loves college sports of all kinds. His love of the outdoors has contributed to a lifelong goal of conquering his golf game…. which he claims is one of the hardest things he’s tried to do! Greg has applied the life lessons learned from team participation to bring a collaborative approach to his real estate clients as well. Greg is proud of his family and enjoys time with his two children and two grandchildren. You might see him out and about Charlottesville…. because he walks over 25 miles each week! He loves the beauty and diversity of a college town, and he takes advantage of the quaint locally-owned restaurants that are part of Charlottesville’s charm. Give Greg a call… he has a wealth of knowledge to share with you!
